    The aim is to introduce a beverage containing carbonic acid, particularly beer into a pressure tank (1), without allowing this beverage to be in contact with the walls of the tank (1). For this purpose, a bag (12) is placed inside the tank and the beverage is introduced into this bag. The bag is renewed each time it is filled. The tank presents at two opposite locations, openings (19, 20) which can be closed by elements (10, 11). The bag (12) is introduced through one of the two openings. In order to prevent that folds, covered by the beverage, remain at these locations during the filling, we propose to introduce the bag into the tank by means of a tubular envelope (13) which will allow to spread out progressively the bag (12).

    The invention relates to the food industry and can be used for storing and dispensing carbon dioxide-containing beverages, preferably beer. A known reservoir for storing and dispensing carbon-containing beverages, having a shell, a foil bag located therein and holes for supplying the drink and compressed gas D axially formed in the opposite walls of the reservoir. The disadvantage of this reservoir is that the drink is served, it straightens the bag, which lies at the bottom of the tank. In this case, the folds formed on the bag are difficult to straighten, since there is already a drink in it, which can lead to a rupture of the bag. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the work by preventing bag rupture. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the storage tank and the release of carbonated beverages containing a shell, there is a foil bag and openings for supplying compressed gas and drink axially formed in opposite walls of the tank, the shell is fixed at one end to the upper wall the reservoir in the compressed gas supply opening, and the bag is located in the shell, and its open end is fixed in the opening for supplying the beverage. The drawing shows the proposed tank, a cross-section. The tank 1 consists of two spherical half-heads made of synthetic material and connected by a ring 2, which is a pipe connected to two hinged elements 3, each of which has a pin 4 installed in bearings on a rack 5; axially located in the walls of the tank 1, holes 6 for supplying compressed gas covered with fittings 7 and holes 8 for supplying the beverage through the fittings 9; mounted in the upper wall of the tank 1 in the area of the opening 6 of the shell 10 and the foil bag 11 located therein in such a way that its open end is fixed in the opening 8 for supplying the drink with a ring

    Claim
    A reservoir for storing and dispensing drinks containing carbon dioxide, mainly beer, having a shell, a foil bag located in it and openings for supplying a beverage and compressed gas axially formed in opposite walls of the reservoir, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of operation by preventing rupture bag, the shell at one end is fixed in the upper wall of the tank in the hole for supplying compressed gas, and the bag is located in the shell, and its open end is fixed in the hole for supplying the drink.
